ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL, NO EXCEPTIONS. A $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations/refunds (except cancellations due to covid-19 shelter in place/lockdown)

DROP-INS AND CAMP TRANSFERS. Due to the recent pandemic, we are reducing our Occupancy, we won’t be offering Drop-ins (per day) for now, unless the situation changes. Camp weeks may be exchanged/transferred free of charge up to three times (subject to availability). Cancellation Deadlines and transfer fees will be waived this year due to COVID-19 Crisis.

COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS. In case of a COVID-19 Shelter in Place or lockdown, you’ll receive a full refund for the affected Camps.  

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS. If you cancel 2 weeks prior to Camp, you’ll receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee or a free transfer to a later Camp or class (subject to availability).  If you cancel 1 week or less prior to the Camp, you’ll receive a 50% refund or free transfer to a later Camp or class. No refunds, transfers, gift cards or credits will be issued for cancellation within 48 hours of the class date. While it is not in our nature to say no, we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses or work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control.
